I was so out of it when my father passed but I tell you they did a awesome job I know my father was very pleased to everyone love you family and friends because one minute they are here and the next they are gone my father will always be my hero never did I think taking him to the hospital that would be the last time we talked oh how I miss my father on a daily thank you all for being there for the family in this time of need 😢

To my Granny whom i will miss dearly. As your grandson you taught me so much. I remember working in your garden when i was young. Snapping beans picking tomatoes cuttig grass i remember you use tell me stories about your childhood and working. The biggest thing i remember was all the stories youd tell me about my dad when he was A young kid and we would laugh and you would always say"dont tell him i told you how bad he was " I'd just crack up as a little kid and into being a young man.You always had time for me or anyone else that came around. Im gonna miss that smile. I even remember when Nicole come into the picture mom would feed or try to feed her baby food and she would not eat...to their suprise. You had been feeding her potlicker and cornbread.. and she was loving it...As time went on we got older and moved away but i will never forget you granny..i love you dearly! One thing you always used to mess with me about ..occasionally we watch wresting.. and there was one fellow that you always told me i remind you of.. and everytime i think of it i fall out laughing...Everytime i walked thru that door ....in your voice.....BOY YOU LOOK LIKE THE JUNKYARD DOG WITH THAT Big NECK.. i will never forget that... we would both fall out laughing... Momma i will miss you very much sendung us down to FORDS to get stuff for you.. the more i think the more memories keep comming up and its hard to hold back the tears ..you are loved. Will be missed. AND NEVER FORGOTTEN....I LOVE YOU...YOUR GRANDSON.....COURTNEY BARNETT

You guys just did my daddy's homegoing Feb 9th 2019 and it was nothing short of fabulous Elza McDowell was my world and to see him so peaceful and worry free look just like he was sleeping I can never thank McFarland enough My family and I were well pleased from beginning to end
