Willie Mae Reed-Clinton was born February 26, 1942, to the late W.M. Reed and Marie Bolton-Reed.
She attended Boley Elementary School and St. Charles Catholic High School. She obtained her certified nursing aide license.
Willie Mae passed away peacefully on Friday, October 14, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her father, W.M. Reed of Bernice, Louisiana; her mother, Marie Bolton-Reed of Bernice, Louisiana; brother, Normal Parm, Jr., of Monroe, Louisiana; son, Jeffrey J. Williams of Monroe, Louisiana; and granddaughter, Ka’Reena E. Brown.
She leaves to cherish her memories: two daughters, Audrey D. Adams of Monroe, Louisiana, and Verna F. Bellamy (Kenneth) of Chester, Virginia; four sons, Clarence O. Reed of Monroe, Louisiana, Nathaniel L. Reed of Fort Worth, Texas, Stanley L. Reed of Monroe, Louisiana, and Robert Clinton of Monroe, Louisiana; one uncle, Clarence Pilot of Los Angles, California; one goddaughter, Cordie McElroy-Sylvester of Monroe, Louisiana; twenty grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, church family, and friends.
