Veronica (Shell) Michelle Griffin was born February 8, 1974 to Oliver Pugh and the late Armie Bethley.
Veronica accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church of Delhi, La.
Veronica was employed at Rayville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Inc. as a LPN for many years. She was very diligent in serving her patients with respect, compassion, and empathy.
Veronica is preceded in death by her mother Armie Bethley.
To cherish her memories she leaves her husband John Griffin, three children: Dayvion Overton of Delhi, La; Shatikawa Griffin of Baton Rouge, La; Yunecia Criss of Bossier City, La; three sisters: Angela Stapleton of Delhi, La, Veronica Pugh of Washington, D.C., Constance Pugh of Greenbelt, MD; five brothers: Teddy Overton of Shreveport, LA, Zachary Pugh of Monroe, La, Oliver Pugh III of Monroe, La, Chris Brown of Monroe, La, Ronaldo Brown of Monroe, La; one grandson: Za’Marrious Washington of Bossier City, La and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
We believe in our hearts we will see her smile and hear her laughter again…
