Mrs. Vernell “Debbie Sue” Dorsey was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend. She departed this earthly life leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion to her family.
Mrs. Dorsey was a woman whose life was defined by the love she gave so freely and the countless lives she touched along the way. Her presence brought comfort, wisdom, and warmth to those around her. She will forever be remembered for her caring spirit, her strength through life’s trials, and the deep love she had for her family.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Idonia Anderson; and son, David Pimpleton.
She leaves to cherish her precious memory: her devoted husband, Charles Dorsey; and loving children, Lakisha Pimpleton, Don Pimpleton (Kerrella Pimpleton), Kandys Pimpleton, Tyiska Anderson (Reginald Duncan), and Tiffany Anderson (Jeremy Black), all of Monroe, Louisiana.
She also leaves to mourn her passing and celebrate her life: 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends whose lives were blessed by knowing her.
Although our hearts are heavy, we find peace in knowing that her love will continue to live on through the family she treasured and the memories she leaves behind. Her gentle spirit, enduring love, and lasting impact will never be forgotten.
