Tony Delon Oliver

Tony Delon Oliver was born in Martinez, California, October 30, 1989, to the proud parents of Anthony Oliver (Big Tone) and Deborah Godfrey (Mama Deborah).

During his years in California, he developed basic life and survival skills. He later relocated to Monroe, Louisiana, (Pine Bayou #1) in July of 2002 at the age of 12 where he attended Richwood Junior High School.

He attended Bread of Life Worship Christ Church where Pastor David and Apostle Grace Lloyd were his leaders.

Tony was a people person with a really big heart and lived up to his nickname “Touch” as he “Touched” everyone he encountered in different ways.

God freed him from the cares and worries of life that weighed him down on December 23, 2023.

Tony leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Deborah Godfrey; father, Anthony Oliver; and grandmother, Mary Ann Biggs. Although Tony only had two biological children, daughter, Ta’Myrah Oliver, and son, Darryl Michael Standifer, he loved children and made them feel special, loved, protected, safe, and understood. Tony had two brothers, Anthony (Hank) Evans, and Julius Oliver; two sisters, Melody Young (Mel) and Breonna Green (Bre). Tony also had two stepsisters, Shelkeia Green (Keke) and Shelkeisha Green (Na’ Boo); one stepbrother, Shelby Green III (Lil Shelby); nieces, Jaliyah Young (Liyah) and Cariyanah Green (Bad Baby); nephews, Jayden Young (Jay) and Jordain Young (Jo Jo). Tony leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Through love, he adopted many brothers, sisters, children, cousins, aunts, uncles, and even some parents. Tony was a protector, provider, and gave genuine love to everyone whom he encountered. He imprinted on all our hearts and will be profoundly missed.
