We are deeply sorry for your loss - the staff at Monroe
TERRANCE DEWAYNE HARRIS, SR., was born on December 15, 1979, in Monroe, Louisiana. He was the youngest of three siblings born to Sharon Carter and late Robert Sullivan and a devoted stepfather, the late James Carter, Sr. He entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 9, 2022 .
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Carrie Elaine Harris, and aunt, Brenda Harris.
