Susie Mae Cooper
Thus it was on Wednesday morning, April 09, 2025 that the clock of life stopped on Mrs. Susie Mae Cooper and relieving her of her pain, and suffering. She was born to the union of the late Mr. Lonnie G. Brown and Mary Brown in Monroe, LA becoming a sister to her brother, Charlie Brown. She came to Christ at an early age. She was married to Mr. Lee W. Douglas in 1948. To this union one son was born, Lee W. Douglas, Jr. She later married Mr. D. J. Cooper in 1958 and from this union they had three children: Lavern Cooper, Darren Cooper, and Gray Cooper. She is survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the many courtesies extended during the illness and death of our loved one.
