Sandra Dee Glasper was born October 24, 1967, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the late Ella Estelle Townsend Glasper and Willie Glasper. Sandra passed away at her home on September 28, 2023.
She was baptized at an early age under the leadership of Pastor Thess Baker, Sr. Sandra was a very outgoing and loving person and she loved hanging with family and friends. Sandra was the life of the party and would light up any room that she entered.
Sandra leaves to cherish her memories: two loving daughters, Sophia Glasper and Brittany Glasper; one son, David Glasper; five godchildren, Dysha Shavers, Quneal Curry, Dorian Davis,
Joshe Curry, Lorenzo Wilkerson, Sr.; 19 grandchildren loving and devoted friend, Ellis Williams; four sisters, Bennie (Louis) McCoy, Sandra Cauley, Carolyn (Dave) Spurs, and Genetta Barber; and one brother-in-law, Fred Washington.
Sandra also had a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, grandparents, one son, one grandson, three brothers, and two sisters.
