Roderick Kendrell Jackson, Jr. Obituary

On February 3, 2021, a young Prince by the name of Roderick Kendrell Jackson, Jr., “KJ,” was born to Nakia Kyles and Roderick K. Jackson Sr. KJ was born at LSU Ochsner Medical Center in Monroe, LA. He peacefully transitioned to his heavenly home on September 13, 2021, in Dothan, Alabama.

KJ was a very happy and loving baby. He kept a smile on his little face and his giggles were contagious. KJ was loved by everyone that knew him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jaleel Jackson, grandmother, Mamie Lee Jackson, and great-grandparents parents, Herbert Washington and Iris Kyles, Alonzo and Mamie Sanders. His memories will forever be cherished by his parents, Roderick Jackson, Sr., and Nakia Kyles; four brothers, Gary Beaudoin, Jr., Garyian Beaudion, Mar’Quinton Kyles, and Kyree Jackson; three sisters, Modesty Kyles, Naomi Jackson, and Maiya Banks; maternal grandmother, Trinity Kyles; paternal grandfather, Billy Grayson; a bonus great-grandmother, Karen Washington; and a large host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
