Richard Bondaire Moore fondly known as Buddy, was born to the late Arcadia Moore and Arthur Lee Price on September 20, 1951, in Wisner, Louisiana. He was raised in Monroe, La; and graduated from Carroll High School. He married the love of his life Rosie Mary Moore September 20, 1969. He served in the Armed Forces Vietnam War (honorably discharged) receiving medals in honor of his serve. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing dominos, and joking around.
He was preceded in death by his mother Arcadia Moore. Four brothers Ted Moore, Kenneth Moore, Danny Moore, Christopher Moore, and Arthur Price, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories wife Rosie; father, Arthur Price (New Orleans, Louisiana); brothers Kerry Moore (Winnsboro, Louisiana), Earl Price, Maurice Price, Ray Price Cedric Price; seven children, Sharon Moore, Lisa Moore Jonhson, Malow Moore, Chaketha Moore, Detrick Moore, and Camisha Moore (all of Monroe, Louisiana); Laquan Moore (California); twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
