Peter Long

Peter D. Long was born on August 20, 1981 in Monroe, Louisiana, to the late Palleen Long and Jessie Brown. Peter moved to Kansas City, Kansas and later received Christ and was a Baptist at Pleasant Green Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Jarvis Collier. Peter was a truly loving husband, father, uncle, cousin, and friend.

Peter was preceded in death by his mother, Palleen H. Long; father, Jessie Brown; brother, David H. Harris; and sister, Moline Long.

He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Marlena G. Long; two daughters, Amagin Qualls and Lakira Washington; three sisters, Jonetta Long, Carmelitha Long, and Brandy Brown; three brothers, Antonio Long, Jessy Greene, and Christopher Long (Tywanna); and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; four step-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and friends.
