Perry Lee, Jr. was born October 19, 1951 to the late Perry and Charlotte Lee in Rayville, Louisiana. After leaving Richland Parish, Perry attended Swayze Elementary and Richwood High School. As a "Ram," he played basketball.

Perry loved sports. He was a neighborhood maintenance man. He would mow lawns for everyone.

Perry was a faithful city worker for 15+ years, where he worked until he retired.

Perry leaves to cherish his memories: his brothers, Lane Lee, Robert Lee, Richard Lee, Edgar Lee Williams, Leon Williams, and Ronnie Lee; sisters, Sara Lee, JoAnn Adams, and Diane Wade Cole (Corey); and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
