Ozell Dean was born July 23, 1962 to the late Jesse Dean and Helen Manuel. Jesse Dean later married Ozell Hardwell, and they reared eight children together.
Ozell was affectionately known as “Chubby.”
Ozell attended Robinson Elementary and Richwood High School. Cooking was something that Ozell loved to do. She was a great cook and worked at Monroe Manor for many years.
Ozell was married to Gary Biddle.
Ozell was preceded in death by her son, Dominic Dean; parents, Jesse Dean and Helen Manuel; her stepmother, Ozell Dean; sisters, Jessie Saulsberry and Diane Dean; brothers, Larry Dean and Edgar Dean; and nieces, Natasha Dean and Monique Dean.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Biddle; her daughter, Theresa Dean; her son, Antonio Dean; grandsons, Rawtavis Dean, Trey Christian, Dominic Dean, Dontavious Daggs, and Tayden Dean; five great-grandchildren; three siblings, Gertie Davis, Helen Rico, and Ernest Dean; and a host of nieces and nephews.
