Martha Briggs-Hall was born on July 1, 1948, to the late Eugene Briggs and Mary Lee Briggs of Monroe, Louisiana. She was the third of six siblings. She accepted Christ at an early age.
Martha was an alumna of Richwood High School where she graduated in 1966. After high school she was later blessed with her beautiful daughter, Chandra. She united in marriage with Robert C.
