Lynda Burns-Baker was born on July 28, 1960 in Monroe, Louisiana to the late Charlie Burns and Lizzie Burns. She accepted Christ at an early age. Lynda was a member of New Mount Zion M.B. on Hwy. 80.
She was a graduate from Tallulah High School and a Member of the Class 1979. Lynda enjoyed her earlier work life and passion while caring for patients as a CNA with Olive Branch Nursing Home and Marie’s Sitting Services. Lynda enjoyed her children and love ones; She wore the attire of motherhood with pride and joy.
Those who preceded her death were her parents: Charlie Sr. and Lizzie Burns as well as her siblings: Robert Burns, Charlie Burns, Jr., Emma Burns Holiday and Betty Long. She leaves to cherish and honor her memories 2 children: Sharita Burns and Demario Coleman, 7 sisters: Mary Burns Feinberg (Brad), Lula Burns Puckett (Larry) Willie Burns Bass, Autry Burns White (Carl), Dorothy Burns Johnson, Irene Burns White, Brenda Burns Scott, Aunt Willie Rancher Washington and a host of nieces, nephews, family and love ones.
