Louis Bernard Fountain was born on September 30, 1964. He was the son of the late Horace Fountain, Sr., and Theresa May Fountain.
At an early age, he united with the Mount Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend H.T. James.
Louis Fountain leaves to cherish his memory three sons, LouQuarius JaQuay Ricks of Duncanville, Texas; Louis Fountain II of Arlington, Texas; and Yaunik Harrinson of Texas; Horace Fountain, Lee Fountain, and Beverly Fountain, all of Delhi; Ivory Fountain; Bobby Fountain of Baton Rouge; Herbert Fountain and Vickie Fountain of Monroe, LA; Ramona Fountain of San Antonio, Texas; and Victoria Fountain of Atlanta, Georgia; five grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Bessie Mae Wilson, Helen Carroll, and Bobbie Jean Fountain, and one brother, Roosevelt Fountain.
