Sister Lora Ann Morrison was born to proud parents, Deacon Isadore Morrison, Sr., and Mother Edna Ruth Morrison.
Lora joined the New Fellowship Baptist Church at an early age, where she remained a faithful member.
Lora was an avid cook. Her favorite things to do were spending time with her family and cooking.
“Lolo,” as she was fondly known, was preceded in death by her daughter, Gwendolyn King; brothers, Isadore Morrison, Jr., and Michael Morrison; sister, Margaret Faye Morrison; and great-nephew, Donald Ray Morrison, Jr.
Lolo leaves to mourn and cherish her memories: her two daughters, Chasity Morrison (Earl) and Latorya Morrison of Delhi, LA; one son, Jeremy D. Morrison; five sisters, Bernitha (Lennon) Whitney, Diana Berry, Odessa (Anthony) McCann, all of Delhi, LA, Eyrline Smith of Inglewood, CA, and Maggie Barnett of Carson, CA; two brothers, James Morrison of Delhi, LA, and Robert (Eva) Morrison of Tucson, AZ; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; godchildren, Kizzy Brown, Jarrell Thomas, Garland Burgess, and Deborah Johnson; godsister, Linda Rancher; special nieces and great-nieces, Yasmine Morrison, Juantille Dykes, Minister Adrienne Hedgeman, and Latricia Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; and special friend, Stephanie Johnson Sykes.
