KaJenn'e An'Jewell Lindsey was born July 19, 2002 in New Orleans, LA to Ms. Sonita Marie Capers and Mr. Kenneth Lee Lindsey Sr.

KaJenn'e began her journey of life in New Orleans, LA where she began walking and talking at a young age. She was your typical joyful, happy, and observant little girl who loved to play and spend time with her Godparents, London and Jamal Lewis, who would come to get her every weekend.

Due to the horrific events of Hurricane Katrina KaJenn'e and her family moved to Monroe, LA where she attended Lincoln Elementary School, Sallie Humble Elementary School, Caroll Junior High School, and Carroll High School.

KaJenn'e had plans to graduate this year from Carroll High School with intentions on furthering her education at LSU; as well as, starting a small business creating custom t-shirts.

KaJenn'e loved spending time with her family and friends. She was very shy when hanging around new people, but whenever she teamed up with her siblings or other close family members, she was the jokester in the room. She kept everyone entertained and full of laughs.

KaJenn'e and An'Janne both loved going to the park and hanging out with family; especially riding in the car with their parents and uncles.

They were proceeded in death by Robert L. Capers, Maggie Capers, Eva McCray, Debra Hart, Barbara Hart, Loyd Joesph Hart Sr., Elouise Lindsey, Clemon Lindsey Sr., and Darell Journee.

They leave to cherish their loving memories their mother: Sonita Marie Capers; father: Kenneth Lee Lindsey Sr; brother: Kenneth Lee Lindsey Jr all of Monroe, LA; grandmother: Carolyn (Herman) Flower of Monroe, LA; Loyd Joseph (Lazonia) Hart Jr of New Orleans, LA; uncles: Leondell (Allyssia) Darby and Mendell (Keiwyone) Darby of Monroe, LA; Gary (Yolanda) Lindsey; Tyrone (LaQuetta) Lindsey, Gerroy Lindsey; Troy Journee; Ronald Steward; Anthony Journee; Clemon Lindsey Jr., and Edward Journee all from New Orleans, LA; aunts: Brandee Darby of Monroe, LA; Tanisha Capers; Sharlena (Mitchell) Rachal; Jackie (Charles) Reddick; Shawana (John) Lonon; Sheila (Will) Williams; Barbara (Keith) Williams; Angie (Fabian) Warren; Gwen Journee all from New Orleans, LA; god-parents: Jamal (London) Lewis of Orlando FL and Darren (Dawanne) Poree of Raleigh, NC; a host of great aunts, cousins, extended family, and friends.
