Justin Jacqet Brandon Polly was born on March 21, 1987 in Harbor City, California to Jacqueline Polly. He was considered special by medical standards due to having Down's Syndrome; yet, he was more than special to all that knew him. Justin could love like no other. He was the sunshine and light for his whole family - pure love.
To know Justin was to love Justin. He was loving, caring, kind, and funny with a mischievous streak a mile wide. Justin's past time was watching his favorite shows, Golden Girls and The Andy Griffith Show, and collecting action figures. He had a serious book and video collection that was his obsession. If you needed Justin to do anything, just offer to buy him books. Listening to Tupac was another of his favorites. He knew all the lyrics and thought he was a real 80s rap star. California Love was his signature song, and he was a real OG - the coolest.
Justin is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Claus; nephew, King Darnell Mitchell; and grandfather, Bobby McDowell.
He leaves behind his mother, Jacqueline; four siblings, Krystaline, Nicholas, Chance, and Kaleb, who all loved him dearly; and his grandmother, Christine McDowell that loved and adored Justin. He was inseparable from "Granny Chris" and was quick to threaten to tell her when things were not to his liking. Papa James King of Houston, Texas was also dear to him, along with two aunts, Alisa Turner (Adrian) and Danielle, both of Monroe, Louisiana; two uncles, Delrick of Houston, Texas and Daren of Princeton, Texas; a special aunt, April Hamlin-Simmons, and a host of great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and friends.
