He departed this life on October 10, 2021.
Jermaine was baptized at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Amos Heckard, Jr., of Wisner, Louisiana.
Jermaine was preceded in death by his grandparents, the late Eli and Bessie Mae Brown of Wisner, Louisiana, and the late Booker T. Lemle of Wisner, Louisiana; brother, Elvis Ray Brown of Wisner, Louisiana; one aunt, Lillian Smith of Savannah, Georgia; and six uncles, Carl Brown, Donald Ray Bron, Elvis Ray Brown, and Tommy Ray Lemle, all of Wisner, Louisiana, and Raymond Brown and Everette, both of Los Angeles, California.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Mildred Brown Herbert of Monroe, Louisiana; father, Bobby Lemle of Wisner, Louisiana; sister, Shannon Boyd of Texas; step-father, James Herbert, Jr., of Monroe, Louisiana; aunts, Debra Lemle of Wisner, Louisiana, Nancy (Rev.
