Jenni Rae Hamm (Rodrigue)

Jenni Rae was born on April 28th,1989 and passed on November 24, 2022. Jenni Rae is preceded in death by her grandmother Shirley Oliveaux, her uncle Donnie Oliveaux, her cousin Haley Alyse Oliveaux, and her father Kelvin Hamm.

Jenni Rae was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana where she attended school at Pinecrest and West Ouachita High School. To know Jenni was to love Jenni. She had the heart of an angel and an attitude of a bull. She took up for everyone that she knew and loved.

Growing up, Jenni was always fearless. She was not afraid of much. She was a tough girl growing up, ask any of her friends. They’ll tell you she had a gorgeous smile and a bright soul. She touched everybody in one way or another. Whether that be with her personality of her fists, that was up to you. She will be dearly missed. There was just not enough time spent with her. She leaves an empty void behind, and all her family and friends will feel for a long time. She was an amazing mother to her beautiful Penelope, and her legacy will live on through her.

She is survived by her daughter Penelope Rodrigue, her mother, Jennifer Berry and her stepfather Joshua Berry.  Three siblings, Jessica Lynn Hamm, Jacob Aaron Hamm, (Amber Branson) and Jared Loyd Hamm (Joel House). Numerous nieces and nephews.
