Jacoby Looney

Jacoby's journey in life began July 30, 1999 in Monroe, Louisiana with Walter Gilbert and Kathy Looney. Jacoby was raised from the very young age of three years old by his special uncle and aunt, John and Linda Preston. 

Jacoby was baptized at the early age of five years old at Saint Joe Baptist Church in Kelly, Louisiana under the leadership of Pastor Vernon Foy and his wife Cynthia Foy. Jacoby always has a pleasant smile on his face. He loved playing his Play Station 4 games, hunting, listening to music, and riding his four-wheeler with his uncle John. 

Jacoby was preceded in death by his father, Walter Gilbert; his grandparents, Johnny and Savannah Gilbert; one uncle, Charles Gilbert; and two aunts, Mary Dubose and Delores Harris. 

He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Kathy Looney; four brothers, Dexter Cooper, Denerious Looney, Walter Looney, and Sir'Derrious Dunn, all of Monroe, Louisiana; four sisters, Ashley Looney, Carlissa Looney, Reta Hamilton, and Keisha Hamilton, all of Monroe, Louisiana; two step-brothers, Vince Dunn and Rodney Dunn; special uncle and aunt, John and Linda Preston; cousins, John Preston, Jr., Malcolm Preston, Xavier Preston, and Paris Preston; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
