Frances Almeda Walker was born September 16, 1963 in Monroe, LA to Louis Walker and Rosa Lee Robinson. She was later raised by Earline & Waymon Small after her parents passing.
She attended and graduated from Carroll High School in 1981. After high school she served in the United States Army for eight and a half years.
In 1999 she married Reginald D. Williams, Sr. to this union three children were born.
She was preceded in death by her parents Louis Walker and Rosa Lee Robinson; two brothers; David Walker and Virgil Walker; and one grandchild Raelyn Z. Courtney and mother-in-law Estella Reed.
She grew up in Allen Chapel and later became a member at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She was a sweet, loving, kind, hard working woman that would fix anything broken. She worked security at Glenwood Regional Medical Center before retiring.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband of 39 years; Reginald D. Williams; three children; Rae’Tyisha Danielle Williams, Reginald D. Williams, II, and Rae’Janisha De’Ondra Williams; three siblings; William Walker, Willie Walker, and Jacqueline Walker; three grandchildren; Kaydence Courtney, Raegan Walters, and Raelyn Walters; and a host of nieces and nephews.
