Brother Christopher Stevens Johnson was born on October 9, 1988, the first child of Victoria Johnson-Smith and Craig S. Tippett. He was called home to be with the Lord on September 24, 2023. Chris accepted Christ at an early age with Refuge Healing Church under the leadership of Pastor Inez Walker. He went to Carroll High School. He and his wife had a business named C&W Johnson Trucking for two years.
Christopher united in holy matrimony to his beautiful wife, Whitney Johnson, and to this union, one child was born. Also, Whitney had a daughter whom he adopted.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mina Jean Anders; grandfather, Willie Mosley; and one sister, Cierra Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Whitney Johnson; daughters, Kristen Johnson, Christiyon Johnson, Cassidy Johnson, Cailey Johnson, Callison Jones, and Shakaijaih Butler; mother, Victoria Johnson-Smith; father, Craig Tippett (Zamertis) of Cedar Hill, TX; five brothers, Darrius Johnson, Craig Tarrius Johnson (Adrianna), Anthony Boley (Tasha), and Cortez and Anthony Fegans of Cedar Hill, TX; one sister, Jaleesa Fegans of Cedar Hill, TX; grandmother, Estelle Tippett; grandfather, Lee Earnest Johnson (Aline) of Farmerville, LA; two great-aunts, Thelma Johnson and Julia Anders; one great-uncle, Willie Anders, Jr.; nine aunties and eight uncles; godmother, Willie Mae Elmore; six godbrothers and five godsisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
