Anya Ranse Mutenure, 39, of Fort Worth, Texas passed away the morning of Sept. 3, 2019. Before being called home, she was surrounded and supported by her loving family.
Anya was born Aug. 27, 1980 in Monroe, La. She was the daughter of J.T McFarland and Darlene Williams.
She is proceeded in death by her grandparents Grover Hunter Sr., Bertha Mae and J.C. McFarland. Also, by her child, Edmond T. Mutenure.
For we walk by Faith, not by sight. (2Cor. 5:7) Anya’s faith took her on a daily walk with Christ. She attended Covenant Church where she served as an active member declaring the works of the Lord. Anya received a formal education at Rayville High School. After graduating, she attended Southern University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology. She later employed at Geico as an Insurance Claim Adjuster, where she remained until called to rest. She was known for her bright smile, goofy laugh, welcoming spirit, and Agape Love. She was an overflowing source of inspiration, faith, and courage!
Anya is survived by her five children: Tendi Mutenure (daughter), Edward Mutenure (son), Edwin Mutenure (son), Elizabeth Mutenure (daughter), Eddison Mutenure (son). Three brothers: Kennieth Hunter (Julia+5) of Chicago, Il. Jay McFarland (Crystal+5) of Jacksonville, Fl. Jorge Hunter (Brittney+3) of West Monroe, La. Two sisters: Keonia Hunter (+3) of Monroe, La., Kawanna Hunter (+1) of Fort Worth, Tx., and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
