Angie Smith was born to the late Clover Dell Hall and Earnest Johnson on January 10, 1943. She departed this life on September 6, 2025.
Angie was employed as a baker at Piccadilly Cafeteria for over 35 years. Angie was baptized at Pleasant Green Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member until her death.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her one sister, Brenda Briggs; two daughters, Robin Smith Brass (Richard) and Gail Smith Britton of Monroe, LA; one son, James Alvin Smith of Conyers, GA; eleven grandkids; fifteenn great-grandkids; four nieces, one nephew; one uncle, Willie Hall (Ella), and one aunt, Laura Hall Waters (Ezell), all of Carson, CA.
Those who preceded her in death include her one sister, Betty Jean Wilson; one brother Stanley Green Oakland CA; one son, Kennard Smith, Sr.; one grandson, Kennard Smith, Jr.; two aunts, Irma Hall Detiege (Monroe, LA) Tempie Hall Wallace Memphis, TN; and one brother-in-law, Jimmy Briggs.
