Angie’s Life
Angela Marie Parson-Jackson was born Wednesday, November 10, 1965 in Monroe, Louisiana to Earnest and Hazel Parson. Angela was affectionately called “Angie” by her friends, and “Sis” by her siblings. She departed this side of life on Monday, August 3, 2020.
Angie attended and graduated from Richwood High School in 1983. Angela continued her education at Robinson Business College, where she studied Business Administration. Angie was employed at GB Cooley for the last 26 years.
Angie married the love of her life, Allen Earl Jackson, April 2011.
Angela enjoyed music, dance, and family. Angela encouraged friend and love ones daily with inspirational text and prayers. Angie always chose to see the good in people, no matter how bad they appeared.
Angela was the joker of the group. Angela believed that laughter is in every situation, and you just have to find it. Angela would be the one to make sure you found that laughter.
Angela was preceded in death by her son, Ernest Michael Parson; her father, Earnest Parson; her mother, Hazel Parson; and her brother, John Johnson, Jr.
Angela leaves to cherish her memories: her spouse, Allen Earl Jackson of Monroe, Louisiana; brother, Tyrone Parson (Monica) of Monroe, Louisiana; sister, Vivian Denise Parson of Monroe, Louisiana; nieces, Justine Parson of Houston, Texas, and Celina Parson of Denton, Texas; nephews, Jawaski Bethley of Monroe, Louisiana, and Gabreal Parson of Hazelhurst, Mississippi; great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of cousins and loving friends.
