Bobbie Nell Goins

          Bobbie Nell Goins was born on September 28, 1966 to Ruth Waters and Harvey Jenkins.

          She received her wings on June 20, 2019 at Ochsner LSU Monroe Medical Center. She attended Neville High and West Monroe High Schools.

          Bobbie Nell will be truly missed by her loved ones: family, friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

          She left behind: two sons, Larry Jenkins and Willie Goins; four grandchildren, Amyia King, Larry Jenkins, Jr., Keondria Jenkins, and Adam Jenkins; ten siblings, Beverly Bell (Kenneth), Diana Reed, Howard Jenkins, Carolyn Morgan, Sarah White, Betty Moore, Rose Jenkins, Sherlonda Cox, Kemus Cox, and Bruce Cox, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
